Steven Tingley, a Toronto Community Housing (TCHC) resident talks about his experience with his TCHC apartment and living with no heat since February. Steven is an active member of the TCHC community as their Community Animator and Co-Chair of Communications Workgroup. We also learn some surprising facts about Steven’s life from a $200K book deal he turned down to his club owner days on the East Coast.
